Sebastopol sits on a mix of older plumbing and newer builds, and our crew has pulled water out of both, which is why the truck that shows up already has the right extraction head for your situation.

Ask a Sebastopol homeowner who's dealt with a burst pipe at 3am and, if they called us, they'll tell you the same thing: someone answered, and someone showed up. That's the whole model.
Our Sebastopol dispatch desk is staffed around the clock by people, not an automated queue, which matters most at exactly the hour you're calling.
Homeowners dealing with a flood are stressed enough without technical jargon, so we train our crews to explain the process in plain terms from the first phone call.
Water damage rarely starts as a dramatic flood — it usually starts small, and these are the signs worth acting on before the damage spreads further.
Fresh paint over an old stain can hide the problem visually for a month or two, right up until the drywall paper backing gives out.
A musty note that wasn't there a season ago usually means microbial growth has started somewhere behind a wall or under flooring, well before you can see anything.
Flooring that shifts slightly when you walk on it, even subtly, is worth a moisture reading before it gets worse.
Catching a hidden leak through the water bill is far cheaper than waiting for it to surface as a flooded room.
Bubbling near a window frame frequently traces back to a failed seal letting water in gradually.
Dark spotting around grout lines or window frames is frequently the first visible sign of a developing moisture problem.
Catching two or more of these signs at once usually means it's past time for a proper inspection.
We don't split Flood Damage Cleanup into separate vendors for extraction, drying, and repair — one crew stays accountable for the whole job, from the first wet-vac pass to the final coat of paint.
The equipment on our trucks scales up or down to the job, but the process — assess, extract, dry, verify, repair — doesn't change.
We treat extraction speed as the single biggest variable we control — every additional hour of standing water raises the odds of secondary damage.
We don't call a structure dry based on a visual check — the moisture meter has the final say before equipment comes down.
Blackwater intrusions call for full PPE, controlled removal of porous materials that can't be sanitized, and hospital-grade disinfection before any reconstruction starts.
Antimicrobial treatment on studs, subfloor, and other porous surfaces happens during the drying phase, especially anywhere that stayed wet more than 48 hours.
Once moisture readings confirm the structure is dry, the same team that documented and dried the loss hands off directly into drywall, insulation, and flooring repair.
Furniture, electronics, and documents get assessed on-site, with salvageable items cleaned and stored while the space dries.
Four steps, no guesswork — here's exactly what happens between your call and a verified-dry structure.
Dispatch gathers just enough detail to load the right equipment before the truck leaves the lot.
Moisture meters and thermal cameras trace exactly how far water has traveled, including inside walls and under flooring where it's invisible to the eye.
Extraction and drying run as one continuous process rather than two separate scheduled visits.
Every affected area gets re-tested before we call the job complete — no shortcuts on the sign-off.
We built the checklist below around the actual complaints people have about restoration companies in general, then made sure Aqua Guard Water Damage doesn't repeat them.
Licensing and insurance aren't paperwork we keep in a drawer; they're what let us stand behind the work if something doesn't go as planned.
A nearby crew isn't a slogan — it's the gap between drying equipment running in an hour versus half a day.
You get a written estimate before equipment turns on, not a surprise invoice after the fact.
If a drying target isn't hit on schedule, equipment stays on-site at no extra charge until the readings confirm it's dry.
Every job closes with documented moisture verification, because a promise without data behind it isn't much of a promise.
This isn't marketing copy — it's the actual checklist our crews sign off against before a job is marked complete.
